Starting Saturday 14th September Cassowary Coast Pilates are making a few adjustments you’ll want to know about.

 

Not yet experience our Reformer Pilate studio? This is the perfect time for you to join!

 

They are running a 5 week trial which will finish on Friday 18th October, so make the most of the changes as they may not last. They want your feedback during this time.

 

You also may have noticed their class names have changed. Head over to their socials at Cassowary Coast Rehabilitation to read about their updated class styles & find the class that best suits you.

Well done everyone!!! Over 400kg of Rubbish Collected at Kennedy Bay.

Save Beaches n

 

Twenty one awsome volunteers went to Kennedy Bay last Saturday for a beach clean-up and made a big impact! In just a few hours, they collected 408 kg of debris, including 7 car tyres!

Huge thanks to Girringun Rangers and Tangaroa Blue for their assistance and coordination in managing the clean up event and for providing the muscle and gear to tackle over 7km of beach.

A cassowary even stopped by to check out the action! The day wrapped up with a well-earned BBQ. Let’s keep our beaches clean, protect our wildlife and the Great Barrier Reef!

From Above Exhibiton Mission Arts Opening 18th October

Join us for the opening of 'From Above', a  fabulous solo exhibition showcasing the contemporary artworks of Mission Beach artist Bruce Parry.

 This stunning collection of original artworks in acrylic and watercolour features the landscape as abstract. These works are inspired by aerial views of desert, tropical coasts, and the ancient Kimberley landscape.

 Bookings open soon.

 The exhibition will be on display in the Mission Arts Gallery from 10am-2pm daily through 12 November. Gallery entry is FREE
