Transport and Main Roads Queensland is urging motorists to limit all road use for non-essential travel as conditions are constantly changing.
If you must drive, slow down and drive to the conditions. Watch out for damaged roads, fallen trees, or power lines and adhere to all road closures.
Floodwater is extremely dangerous, residents in areas at risk of flooding are urged to follow the warnings and act early.
If it’s flooded, forget it.
