The Cassowary Coast Community Choir - new temporary venue

Choir

Join the Cacophonous Curlews Choir – All Voices Welcome!

Ever thought about joining a choir but worried you don’t have the skills? The Cacophonous Curlews Choir is here to tell you—YOU ARE WELCOME!

For the next few weeks, they’ll be singing our hearts out at their temporary venue:

Cassowary Coast Uniting Church (Tully/Mission Beach Road near GLOWS)
Mondays at 6 PM

Here’s what you need to know:
✔️ No need to read music – just follow along!
✔️ No idea what vocal range you are? Doesn’t matter!
✔️ Never sung in a choir before? Even better!
✔️ Haven’t sung since primary school? Time to dust off those vocal cords!
✔️ Think you're tone-deaf? Just sing a little softer and enjoy the vibe!

This is a casual, lighthearted community choir—we’re here to have fun, share music, and spread some joy (not win competitions!). If you do have musical talent, don’t hold back—we’d love your gentle guidance along the way.

Get along, meet some friendly faces, and make music together—see you Monday at 6 PM!

With pluckiness and unwavering self-belief, Maurice pulls off a series of stunning, hilarious, and heartwarming attempts to compete at the highest level of professional golf, drawing the ire of the golfing elite but becoming a British folk hero in the process.
