Exciting news — kerbside recycling is rolling out this month!
So, what can go in your yellow-lidded bin? Here’s a handy guide to help you get ready:
- Paper & Cardboard – Even pizza boxes and wrapping paper can go in your yellow-lid bin!
- Glass – Think empty glass bottles, jam jars, and sauce bottles — all recyclable.
- Hard Plastics – Items like ice cream tubs, cleaning product bottles, and fruit punnets can all be recycled.
- Steel Containers – Empty tuna cans, baked bean tins, and soup cans? Pop them in your yellow lid bin.
- Aluminium – Drink cans, deodorant cans, and other aluminium products are all recyclable too.
