Cassowary Coast Libraries invite you to join us for a QiGong session at the library during QLD Mental Health Week, led by local expert Liz McCullough.
QiGong is a gentle practice that integrates the body, breath and mind, helps reduce stress, improve circulation, enhance mobility, and promotes overall well-being.
Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, the movements can be done standing or seated, making it accessible for all.
Liz, a recently retired nurse with 16 years of Tai Chi experience, has studied QiGong intensively and is a passionate, knowledgeable teacher.
This is a wonderful opportunity to nurture your physical and mental health.
The session will be followed by a free morning tea and refreshments.
