The Tropical Property Trail Run Series resumes this week - the Garage Brewhouse Clump Point Challenge, 8km, beach, bush, flat, fast course!
Rego @ 3pm at Paradise Run start/finish. Gold coin donation with great random vouchers.
Then come along for drinks after - you're probably going to need it!
For all our female members, the Mobile Women's Well Womens Clinics will be in Tully and Mission Beach are in our area for a day in September and October.
If you have any health issues or questions, then go and see the specially trained Women's Health Nurse - prevention is better than cure!

The Service provides free breast screens (mammograms), particularly for women aged 50 – 74, but is also available for women in their 40s and those over 75.
