ADA Link - helping older Queenslanders

ADA Link is a specialist support service dedicated to helping older Queenslanders access aged care and other services they might need in their communities.

At ADA Link, their Community Connectors meet with individuals requiring support to help them access aged care services, including My Aged Care, and other relevant supports in their local community. They believe in a people-focused approach that supports the integration of health, aged care, and other services or systems at a local level.

For more information their website is here: ADA Link Community Care and their brochure is here: ADA Link Brochure
